Auction Terms & Conditions All units must be paid for immediately after the close of the auction. Credit Card payment will be processed at the conclusion of the sale with the credit card on file with the on-line host. Each winning bidder agrees to follow the rules and regulations of the sale and landlord during removal. The landlord reserves the right to bid on the sale. All purchased goods are sold "as is" and must be removed during business hours by 3:00 PM on the Saturday following the sale. 5% will be added for processing. Buyers will be charged $100.00 cleaning fee if units are not left in broom swept condition. Buyers must provide a current, original resale permit prior to or immediately after the close of the sale in lieu of sales tax.
