Auction Terms & Conditions We guarantee all parts to be in working condition. Working condition can be verified at time of pick-up.
Buyer agrees to read the information sent with invoice. It will provide additonal information needed by Winning Bidders.
Bidders acknowledges that we are using stock photos. Used Equipment means it is used equipment and may show some signs of previous use such as a scratch or a ding in a metal frame. None of these signs of use will in any way diminish the viability of the equipment. Damaged equipment is not placed into the auction.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. More information below.
Buyer's Premium is 15%
Sales tax is 6.5%. Sales tax is not applied to items shipped out of state. If you live in Florida we will charge sales tax based upon the county to which items are shipped.
You Will receive one invoice including taxes immediately after the auction. If you are tax exempt or having items shipped out of state taxes will be removed at a later time.
Items can be paid for by Wire Transfer - Direct Deposit - Cashier's check - or by Cash. Any other forms of payment must be approved PRIOR to bidding.
Payment must be received within three business days after the auction. You have two weeks to pick up your items and/or have them shipped. After two weeks $10 a day will be charged for storage per lot.
All equipment is guaranteed to be in working condition. Otherwise all property is sold 'AS IS WHERE IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auctions by Wallace may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auctions by Wallace be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. The Seller is guaranteeing all items to be in working condition. Items may be tested prior to paying for items. In the event an item is shipped and is not functioning at time of delivery the Seller will work with the buyer in regards to replacing the item, refunding the item, and or working with insurance claims. This is handled on a case by case basis.
We accept bids online only. We do not accept bids by another manner. We do not share or sell your information with any other company for any reason.
Auctions by Wallace reserves the right to add additional processing fees if payment is not received in a timely fashion. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for items that are not paid for.
Auctions by Wallace is providing Internet pre-auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auctions by Wallace or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctions by Wallace will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Auctions by Wallace reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Due to the size of Solar Panels almost all shipping is done by Freight. Shipping is handled by the Seller. They have existing relationships with freight companies to help keep these costs down. However, you can send your own carrier if you so choose. Please call us for quotes on shipping. Please note, shipping freight can be expensive and most buyers pick up items themselves. This is why we are allowing two weeks for pick-up to allow winning bidders time to travel and vacation in Orlando while they are here if they choose to do so.
